As a co-founder of SEH Education & Migration, Mr. Elphick has held teaching positions at various prestigious universities, also has held senior executive positions in a number of Australia's largest companies.  In his extensive career as a barrister, Mr. Elphick has been engaged as a consultant by various international organizations. Such appointments have afforded Bernard the opportunity to travel to China extensively, have visited well over 200 times in the past two decades.
