Migrating to Australia can be done via several different visa pathways. The most common categories of visa are Student, Skilled Migrant, Business and Investment, Partner and other Family visas.

These visas are granted to applicants wishing to operate a business or manage an investment in Australia.

Applicants must receive an offer of enrolment in an accredited course, and are assessed according to their country of origin and their chosen education provider in Australia.

These visas allow skilled overseas workers to live and work in Australia. The two main types of work visas are: a. Independent Skilled migration; and b. Employer Sponsored migration

Prospective Marriage category and Partner category. The Partner visa has two stages: temporary and permanent.

These visas allow family members from overseas, including partners, parents, children and other relatives to relocate to Australia.
